Canestraro Insurance Helps Customers Resolve Storm Claims

At the end of July, heavy storms swept through Northeast Ohio, dumping almost 5" of rain on the area overnight.  The morning after that storm, our agency fielded upwards of 25 claims calls, directing customers to Nationwide claims and providing advice on restoration and clean-up companies.  Our agency realizes that this is when our customers need us the most--when they are standing in sewage in their basement or their roof is leaking into their bedroom--and our goal was to do whatever we could to help those clients.  We have told clients, "We want to be your best people on your worst day." and the following client testimonials show this to be true:
